Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We do not charge a booking fee and payment is taken at the salon. If you can no longer attend, you must cancel or reschedule as soon as possible using the Manage Booking link in your confirmation or reminder—even at short notice—so we can offer the appointment to someone else. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment and we cannot refill the cancelled slot, the full price of the missed appointment will be charged at your next visit. If you do not attend without cancelling, the full appointment price will be charged at your next visit. Any outstanding charge must be paid before another appointment is accepted. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or making multiple appointments without intending to attend may result in online booking being restricted. We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will consider reasonable circumstances. If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Depending on the time remaining, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. By making a booking, you agree to this policy.
