Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We do not charge a booking fee, so when an appointment is cancelled at short notice or missed, we may be unable to offer that time to another client. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, may result in a charge of up to the value of the missed appointment. Any outstanding charge may need to be paid before a future booking is accepted. We understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always take reasonable circumstances into account. If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Depending on the time remaining, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
